BOOKING POLICIES
Deposit Policy
A $30 Non-Refundable Deposit must be paid prior to the day of your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from any service of your choosing. ***Please understand that before booking that ALL PAYMENTS are final and non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or cancellations made without sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of payment. *Please arrive with hair washed,blow-dryed & free of oils. *All payments can be made via Tap to pay, Cashapp :$EsereesBeautyLab, Apple Pay, Cash, & Zelle *Location will be sent 24 hrs before / day of appointment *No extra people allowed *Please wear a mask if feeling under the weather. If you are sick please stay home and contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.
Late Policy
I understand that life happens and things pop up. However, if you are at least 15minutes late; you will be charged a $15 late fee. Anytime AFTER 15 minutes; your appointment will be cancelled. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Please inform me within 24hrs of your initial scheduled appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling.Failure to do so will be charged 10% of the service
No-Show Policy
Non-attendance at a scheduled appointment will result in a additional 25% charge and a 30-day restriction of rescheduling.
