How It Works A $25 non-refundable deposit secures your booking and goes toward your total balance of $185+ service fees. Since this is a freestyle service, we take full creative control of the design — no inspiration photos, just trust in our expertise and an end result that will leave you speechless. BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. • Deposits are applied toward your total balance and processing fee. • The remaining balance is due before day of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances but may be transferred to a rescheduled date if notice is given in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Late Policy

We ask that all clients arrive on time to ensure we can provide the best possible service. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in a shortened service or cancellation at our discretion, with the deposit forfeited. • Arrivals 30 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show and charged according to the no-show policy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled service to avoid penalties. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged $25 dollar cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show and are subject to the no-show policy below.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total. • Deposits will not be refunded. • No-show clients may be required to pay in full in advance for any future bookings. • No-show clients will be charged $25 dollar cancellation fee.
