BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

No deposit required. Make sure to come with clean nails (regular polish is ok), as soak off's are not offered. If you come in needing a soak off, you will forfeit your appointment and be asked to leave.

Late Policy

10 minutes late = $10 late fee

Cancellation Policy

Must cancel 48 hours before appointment for no penalty. Cancellation after 48 hours will result in $40 (before processing fee) cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

20 minutes late = no show/forfeit appointment (75% of their booked cost)
