BOOKING POLICIES

Late Policy

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a late fee or deposit forfeit may apply.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in a 50% service fee or forfeit of your deposit. Repeated short-notice cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show and will result in a 50% service fee or loss of deposit. After two no-shows, future appointments may require full prepayment. Please communicate ahead of time so your spot can be offered to another client.
